It is needed to add two fields for time norms (highlated by yellow on mockup):
- machine utilization time ratio
- labor utilization time ratio
This requirement applies to:
- time norms in operation
- time norms in technology
- time norms in instance of technology for order
Valuse should be copied as the same manner as the rest of Time norms values.
Field format:
- Decimal (7,3)
- validation: value must be >= 0.000
- default value: 1.000 (for both field)
BTW, please correct the mames in Time norms:
- name of Tab: "Time norms" instead of "Norms"
- field description as on mockups.
