Brief
A recipe is a simple technology which we just enter inputs and outputs. There is no technology tree.
Currently in the system we can to this by creating just one virtual operation in the technology in which we enter all the inputs and outputs. The name of this operation could be Operations in technology XXX
This is ok from the data model perspective but the GUI could be simplified for this technology. Also some operation specific option should not be available to order with such a technology.
