Issue:
Brief
Instead of a convention how to format a string in our current inputs it would be better to just separate components of the date and time. Reasons:
- its more obvious how to enter data to them
- you can enter larger hours count than 24 in time input if needed
- if you just want to enter minutes then you can jump right to it by clicking on the minutes field in time components
Downsides: a lot of TAB pressing to switch.
