CST-07 Cost calculation

Story

I would like the system to calculate the cost of product manufacturing based on already input data

1. Cost calculation function counts cost of production of product using the following algorithm
   1. System calculates cost of operations.  If is 'hourly cost' (depends on option in Parameters) system uses inserted cost. If is 'Piecework cost', first system calculates time necessary for each operation (include TPZ - depends on option in Parameters) and next system multiplies time in hours by inserted cost for this operation. Next system adds cost od all operations.
   2. system calculates cost of used materials in production as a value inserted in Avr, Nominal, Last purchase (depends on option in Parameters)  cost and multiplies quantity which is a result of material requirement. Next system adds cost of all materials.
   3. system add values obtained in "a" and "b" 
   4. System add "Overhead"
2. Cost calculation function is acessible from:
   1. menu, as the  seperate option
   2. order - Technology field (disabled) the value inserted in Order, Quantity the value inserted in Order 
   3. I strongly believe that analogical option should be accessible from technology but that is a question to Andrzej.
