Fixed column sizes configuration
Brief
Give the possibility to configure the width of global fixed size columns.
Default values should be:
- Unit - to fit up to 5 small chars
- Cur. - a.k.a. currency - to fit up to 3 large chars
- Number - 15 large chars
- # (Lp. in polish) - 2 digits
