Add a new entity Devision Division (polish: diałdział) with a independent grid in basic data. It should have the following fields:

A Workstation Type has the following fields:
- Number
- Name
- Devision Division (optional)
Operations now will have:
- A Devision Division instead of a Machine
- remove the worker field
Work plan would be generated in the same way as previously but for:
- Operations (unchanged)
- DevisionsDivisions
- Supervisors
As for the staff entity we should add the worksAtDevision worksAtDivision field
